Chicago roots
The story starts in Chicago. A family pizzeria opened on the South Side in 1985, voted South Chicago's best pizza, and it is still there today.
A California twist
Those traditional Chicago-style family recipes traveled west. The first Fresh Brothers opened in Southern California in 2008, pioneering Chicago tavern pizza with a California twist.

Fresh Brothers stands apart from other pizza joints by using only fresh ingredients, serving up nutrition alongside taste. It tastes better, and it is better for you.
Our community
We do more than pizza here, and our efforts go beyond the kitchen. We are proud to be an active part of the communities we sit in, donating, volunteering and supporting nonprofits.
Today
Fresh Brothers has grown to 25 locations across Los Angeles, the Valley, Orange County and San Diego. We believe everyone deserves great pizza, so we are bringing it everywhere we can.

We donate thousands of pizzas each year, helping raise money for schools, veterans and nonprofits. Host a fundraiser and we will donate 20% of the day’s orders back to your organization.
